A form 15 is a form that certifies pool fencing. When you purchase pool fencing you should receive a form 15 stating that the pool fencing you have purchased complies with Australian Standards AS1926.1 2007. This form will contain panel testing information from the manufacturer, it will also contact the site address of where the pool fencing will be installed.
A form 15 is then given to the certifier who inspected your pool fence.
All form 15's should have this banner at the top.

If your form 15 does not have this banner at the top please contact the manufacturer of your pool fencing or the place at which you purchased it.
